The VCS Engage programme is working collaboratively in the West Midlands to improve the effectiveness of the children, young people and families sector.
The programme exists to support the strategic involvement of the sector in local and regional decision making, and to identify and address the support needs of VCS partners locally and regionally. The work is focussed around five key areas of activity as outlined in the regional action plan, which can be accessed here.
