The Together Trust operates in the North of England and North Wales providing care, education, support and improved life opportunities for young people and adults in need.

We serve Children, Young People and Young Adults and Families who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or social difficulties, physical and/or learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders. Our services cover residential homes, fostering, adoption community services, special schools and a college.

The young people we support often experience additional disadvantage from their social exclusion and the fact they do not fit easily into society’s mainstream provision.
