Wow, October already! It definitely seems like it with these grey days and peeking sunshine every so often.

With just one week to go until London Challenge Poverty Week, I thought it would be great to tell you about the amazing work my colleagues over at 4in10 have been doing to gear up to this vital week. If you didn't know already, London Child Poverty Week is a week to highlight the reality of poverty in the capital as well as some of the innovative responses the sector has seen in the last few months to tackle it. 

The week is definitely going to be a busy one, with new local data on poverty being released and new research published during the week, alongside other media work and online content fronting the voices of people with experience of living in poverty. 

So to cheer you up from this gloomy afternoon, here's a spread of what you can get involved in to combat poverty in the capital from your home:
